After a lifetime in the timber trade, Nick Goodwin who founded the hardwood agency NHG Timber in 1981 has retired and passed his responsibilities on to his two sons, Guy and Ben.The new management team will consist of Guy Goodwin as the new MD, supported by his brother Ben and Stuart McBride. The company will continue to focus on trading African timbers worldwide, as well as North American, South American, European, Far Eastern Hardwoods and Softwood clears.

Guy commented “we are very excited to take over the reins at NHG, where we will continue to strive to offer both our suppliers and our clients our usual first rate service. Dad retiring is a momentous occasion for him and us, and I would like to salute him both for creating the strong company and his support in managing the transition to the next generation”
